Short version: we collect very little, we use it to run this site and send you the occasional update, and we don't sell it to anyone.
This site, coverallsshop.com, is run by Cover-Alls, a brand of Lucky Penny Innovations, LLC, based in Los Angeles, California.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you enter it in the sign-up form. Along with it we store the date you signed up, how you found the site (for example, a link from Instagram or another website), and basic technical details sent by your browser: your IP address and browser type.
- Anonymous site usage through Google Analytics: pages viewed, how you got here, general location (city or region level), and device type. Your IP address is anonymized before it's stored, and this data isn't tied to your email.
- Anything you send us if you email info@coverallsshop.com.
We don't collect payment information. Cover-Alls are sold through our retail partners, and purchases happen on their end.
How we use it
- To send occasional updates about new sizes, colors, and where to find Cover-Alls.
- To understand which posts, links, and pages are bringing people to the site.
- To answer your questions and custom-order requests.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see how the site is used. We have Google's advertising features turned off, so this data isn't used to target ads at you. Google's own practices are described at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block analytics with your browser's cookie settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. The site also uses one session cookie to keep the sign-up form secure.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. It's only handled by the services that run the site for us: our web host, which stores the sign-up list, and Google Analytics. We'd also disclose information if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
- See, correct, or delete your info: email info@coverallsshop.com and we'll take care of it.
- California residents have the right to know what personal information we have about them and to ask us to delete it. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. This site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; you can block analytics using the options above.
Kids
This site is for working film and television crew. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
